Returns & Exchanges

 At Nella Land, we strive to provide our customers with unique and personalized items while also being conscious of our environmental impact. Our return policy reflects our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction. Please read the following guidelines carefully:


Personalized Items:
- Each personalized item is uniquely crafted for our customers, we do not accept exchanges or returns on personalized items except in the case of manufacturer or printing defects.
- In the unfortunate event that you receive a personalized item with a manufacturer defect, please contact our customer support within 10 days of receiving the item. We will be glad to assist you in resolving the issue.

Non-Personalized Items:
- Non-personalized items can be returned and exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Please note that non-personalized items returned for a refund or exchange are subject to a 50% return fee. This fee covers the costs associated with reprocessing and restocking the item.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for all returns, and a shipping label will not be provided. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team hello@nellaland.com within the respective return period, depending on the item type (10 days for personalized items, 15 days for non-personalized items).
2. Provide your order details and reason for the return/exchange. Include pictures with your request.
3. Once approved, carefully package the item(s) and send them back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.

Note:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). Items with a manufacturer or printing defect will be replaced and the item does not need to be send back to us.

Cancellations:
Since personalized items are crafted on-demand for each customer, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted. This applies for both personalized and non-personalized items.
