Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping process involves up to 3 business days (Excludes holidays and special deals) period for order processing and packaging before dispatching the items from our warehouse. Additional charges may apply for special requests, such as specific carriers or future delivery dates. 

Shipping address changes can only be made up to 24 hours before placing your order. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted. This applies for both personalized and non-personalized items.

While we make every effort to provide estimated delivery times, please note that they are not guaranteed, and actual delivery times may vary, especially in the case of personalized items. Shipments and deliveries occur exclusively on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping costs are subject to change and will be determined at checkout when placing the order.

We are delighted to offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders within the continental United States (excluding APO addresses) on any order of $99 or higher, unless there is a shipping promotion running. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Nella Land is not responsible for:

  • Delays with US Postal Service or DHL shipping
  • International Duties or Customs Charges
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. Please proceed with filing a claim with the carrier in your order details.
